Step 1: Log In to Your Administrator Account

On the login screen, enter your administrator credentials and click the login button. This will redirect you to the home page, where you can access system modules.

Step 2: Navigate to the Support Tab

After logging in, navigate to the “Support” Tab on the sidebar of the Home page. You will see all the shortcuts that are related to the support tab.

Step 3: Open Issue Shortcut List

From the “Support” tab, navigate and look for the “Issue” shortcut. Click on the “Issue” shortcut to view all existing Issues submitted. This section is where you can review and modify the information about the issues submitted by users.

Step 4: Look For the Guest Issue

From the Issue List, look for the issue that was created by a guest account. You can identify it by looking at the “Raised by (Email)” label at the top of the list. Click the submitted issue you want to assign a user to.

Step 5: Identifying Who to Assign the Issue

To assign a user to an issue, you need to first locate the provided email address. If the guest user provided an email, simply assign that email address to the guest issue submitted. In case a user did not provide an email address, read the description and look for a possible lead on who submitted the issue that you are currently working on. After that, click the “Assign To” button on the upper left side of the screen.

Step 6: Assigning the Issue to a User

After clicking on the “+” button on the “Assign To”, click the Assign To section, a drop-down box will appear. You can search for the email address of the user to whom you will assign the task. After that, click add, and the user assignment will be placed. You can assign multiple users to a single issue.

Step 7: Verifying User Assignment

To verify if the user assignment is successful, return to the list view and look for the issue you just assigned a user to. You will see the initials of the user you assigned to that issue.
