nXportal - User manual on how to create, update, and complete tasks

Beginner1. On the homepage of the nXportal, locate the project in the sidebar and navigate to the Task section.
2. After clicking, you will be taken to a list of all the tasks assigned to you.
3. By clicking the '+ Add Task' button, you can create a new task and assign it to yourself or others. This will take you to a form where you can enter the task description.
4. After filling in the information and clicking 'Save', you will see an overview of the task you created. In the upper left side of the page, you will see the 'Assigned to +' button. Click this to assign the task to a person.
5. In the list view, you can filter tasks using the various filters available in the tab. Click on a filter to view the tasks you need.
6. There are different views that you can use just click the List View Drop down and you will the different options.
7. Once you complete a task, you can change its status to 'Completed' or any other status you find appropriate. At the bottom of the page, you can email the person to inform them that the task is done or to report any issues.
