nXportal - How to Update Your Profile and Change Your Password

Hi there!!!!

If you're new to NXScale and want to know how to change your password or update your profile, don’t worry I got you! Just follow these simple steps below:

CHANGING PASSWORD

1. First, go to this link: https://portal.nxscale.com/#login

 It’ll take you to the login page.

1. Use the username and password given by your admin to log in.
2. Once you're in, look at the upper right corner of the screen you’ll see a circle with your initials. Click on it.

1. From the menu, click My Settings, then choose Settings.

1. On this page, click Change Password. Enter your new password

1. Don’t forget to click the Save button at the upper right corner of the screen and you will be good to go.

Now Let's Talk About Updating Your Information

If you want to update your profile information (like your name or other details), here’s what you need to do:

1. Just like before, click the circle with your initials at the upper right corner.

1. Choose My Settings from the dropdown.
2. You’ll be taken to the User Details page. This is where you can change some of your personal info.

1. Some parts might be locked and can’t be changed and that’s okay! But for the ones you can edit, feel free to update them.
2. Once you're happy with the changes, click the Save button at the upper right corner of the screen and you will be good to go.
