Keeping your personal and work information up to date is important. Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can update and change your account information after logging in.


Step 1: Log in to the Website

To update your information, all you need to do is to log in to https://portal.nxscale.com/. If you're already logged in, proceed to the next step.


Step 2: Go to the Update Section

On this screen, look for the section that says “Update My Information.” Click this option to proceed to the page where you can manage your data.



Step 3: Locate Your Employee Profile

You will now see a list of employee profiles. Make sure to click the “x” button on the filters before you proceed to look for your employee profile since filters can affect the profiles that are being shown in the list. Then, scroll through or use the search function to find your name in the list. Once you see your profile, click on it to open your personal details page.


Step 4: Edit Your Information

With your profile open, you can begin editing your information. You’ll see sections for your joining details, address, contact numbers, and other personal data. You can also put a simple description about yourself.


Continue doing so until you reach the profile tab. In the profile tab, provide your educational and work experience, etc.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you’ve finished updating your information and are satisfied with all the entries, look again to the upper-right corner of the screen and click the “Save” button. This will confirm and apply all your changes.
