Step 1: Forget Password

If you forget your password, you can change it by clicking the “Forgot  Password?” button on the login page of the website. It is located below the password area.

Step 2: Provide the Email for the Forgotten Password

Provide the email address that you used during the creation of the account. Double-check if the given email address is correct, then click the “Reset Password” button.

Step 3: Proceed to your Email Inbox

After providing the email address and clicking the reset password button, an email will be sent to your email address for the processing of the password change.

Step 4: Click the Email to Proceed Password Reset

If you receive the email from the platform, view the email and click the “Reset your password” button that is in the email.

*Note: If you did not see the email, check your spam folder as it might be tagged as spam by the email you are using.

Step 5: Proceed to the Process of Password Reset

Once you click the “Reset your password” button in the email, you will be redirected to the platform's reset password page. Provide the password you want to use and confirm it. After confirming your password reset, a notification will pop up verifying that your password reset is successful and will redirect you to the Home screen of the website.
